Xiamara is a soul singer and artist who has called Dallas–Fort Worth home for over 20 years. Originally from Louisiana, she has been singing since the age of 14, taking small but meaningful steps toward her dreams ever since. She studied Vocal Performance at Collin College, where she performed with the jazz, pop, and opera ensembles, and continues to refine her craft through Susan Hanlon Vocal Studio.
An award-winning vocalist, Xiamara has earned numerous honors, including a first-place NATS award, and has spent the past two years sharing her passion by teaching voice lessons. She is also an accomplished self-taught guitarist and pianist, serves as a worship leader at her church, performs throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area, and tours nationally with two bands. When she’s not traveling across the country singing at weddings and private events, you can often find her around DFW—guitar in hand—performing live or in the studio creating new music.
Through every lesson and performance, Xiamara’s goal is to bring joy to others and inspire them to believe that it’s never too late to pursue their dreams and spend each day doing something they love.
