Zach Galindo

Zach began teaching private lessons in 2004 and would go on to teach more than 1000 students over the next decade and a half. In 2014, he hired his first teacher, and the vision for creating a music school was cast. He opened the brick & mortar LHSM in May of 2017. It’s now home to 300 students, both children and adults. Zach is a Lake Highlands High School Alum, class of 2000. He attended Berklee College of Music in Boston and received his Bachelor of Arts in Music from University of North Texas, concentrating in jazz guitar and classical guitar, respectively.

He toured nationally & internationally with Americana outfit Rodney Parker & 50 Peso Reward for 11 years. They shared the stage with the Turnpike Troubadours, the Old 97’s, the Gin Blossoms, Robert Earl Keen, Randy Rogers Band, Stoney Larue, and Shakey Graves.
