Performance Program

Email admin@lhschoolofmusic.com to set up your audition

LHSM cordially invites you to audition for our Performance Program for the Spring 2025 season. Participating students will be placed in one of our eight performance bands based on experience, age and musical interests. Check out some of our live performances here on our YouTube Channel.

We choose from a selection of musical styles, eras, and influences, including blues, rnb, soul, rock, pop, and dance music to rehearse and perform with a small group of 3-8 students.

Bands are a semester-long commitment, meeting once weekly and performing throughout the semester. In addition to regular shows, advanced and intermediate bands will each perform for a live recording of our seasonal LHSM Performance Showcase.

Each band is led by a dedicated performance coach with professional rehearsal, recording, and gigging experience. Beginner and intermediate bands are typically accompanied on stage by their coach during performances—while advanced bands perform independently, without coach accompaniment.

The minimum age requirement for the performance program is 10 years old and the maximum age limit is 18 years old.
